Our firm provides
on-going accounting services to a varied clientele including, high net-worth
individuals, who typically own investment holding companies and/or owner-managed
businesses. We are currently seeking full-time accountants/technicians
to manage accounting services for these clients. Your duties would include
computerized bookkeeping and accounting, financial statement preparation,
personal and corporate income tax preparation and related advice.
Minimum
Requirements
1.
At least five years public practice experience with small business clients
and working paper preparation.
2.
Comfortable in preparation of Corporate T2 Returns, including typical
knowledge to complete returns for small business clients.
3.
General knowledge level about Receiver General Source Deductions, GST.
4.
Excited about working directly with the partner in charge of work.
5.
Takes responsibility for work assigned and enjoys completing assigned
tasks of 5 days or less in duration.
6.
Working knowledge of TaxPrep, Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Lotus and
Caseware.
7.
Experience in preparation of personal income tax returns.

Wants to take responsibility for work assigned and enjoys client contact.
Motivated by quick turnaround of work completed due to timely review by
partner in charge of work. Willing to learn new skills and expand current
skill set. Opportunity for estate and trust engagements. Knowledge of
investment holding corporations would be an asset.
